Head Chef

My client is seeking a standout Head chef for this beautiful events site in central London. Experience working within a high volume, quality events or stadia operation is key.

We are looking for an innovative Head Chef, who has experience running busy events sites and has a great grasp on current London food trends.

You will need to be flexible with your approach to work and understand that this is a 5/7 role that will require weekend and evening work.

• A proven Head Chef with experience in high-end events
• Craft trained
• Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
• Financially astute
• Demonstrate excellent management skills
• Strong communicator who is approachable across all levels
