Head Chef – Contract Catering

We are recruiting for an exciting Head Chef Role for a top contract catering company. You will be leading the back of house team overseeing staff dining and casual hospitality.

My client is looking for an innovative and exciting Head Chef who has previous experience leading a busy and complex, Contract Catering kitchen.

The role is Monday-Friday based on a 40hr week. This role requires a Head Chef that is passionate and can drive the offering forward.

The Successful Candidate:

• Craft Trained
• Experience in all due diligence, COSHH and Health & Safety
• Organised
• Experience with fresh, sustainable produce
• Flexible in their approach and can work on their own initiative
• A passion for delivering excellent food and standards
• A real flair to try something new
• Excellent client relationships
• Bags of personality and a fantastic work ethic are essential
