Building Engineer

The Building Engineer you will be supporting the Chief Engineer and team in all preventative maintenance duties of a Class A office building. Your duties will include, but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing preventative maintenance, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a minimum of 2+ years of technical experience in a Class A office setting
• You will have excellent communication skills with internally and externally and ability to work with a team
• Experience with all general maintenance requirements of the building (electrical, plumbing, preventative)
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot and read/understand blueprints
