Concierge / Guest Services Associate

In NEW YORK, NY: Our client - international law firm headquartered on Sixth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan - is searching for a Guest Services / Concierge Specialist to support the team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable creating reports for conference room volume, guest arrivals, and event totals as well as coordinating with partners and attorneys on VIP client special meet-and-greet need. Note this position involves arranging for logistical support for clients and employees as related to conference room and meeting needs at a “platinum-level” of client support, including assisting with their administrative needs (e.g., document services, car service, tickets, etc.) and more.
