Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a Patient Service Rep for a healthcare client of ours. The role requires the ability to commute/drive to different locations as it is for a COVID booster clinic.

What you get to do every day:

- Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

- Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedure

- Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

REQUIREMENTS

• Medical receptionist experience
• Patient registration
• Verifying insurance/authorization
• Answering/routing calls
• Epic and Microsoft experience
• Availability to work from 3pm-12:30pm
