Location: Seattle, WA

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

The Company:

The client is part of a worldwide prestigious hotel group and they are looking for an Executive Chef to work in their luxury hotel in Seattle. We are looking an amazing Executive Chef to oversee the newly renovated outlets of this great property.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service.
  • Ensures high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served
  • Manage, lead, develop, and train a team
  • Develop and prepare menus, including sourcing the right ingredients
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure the team is delivering the ultimate guest experience
  • Oversee product purchasing and manage budgets

Executive Chef Qualities:

  • 3+ years’ experience within hotel F&B operations as an Executive Chef
  • Knows the Seattle market well
  • Opening experience a plus
  • Experience with high-end restaurant/hotel brands
  • Strong team leader
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven record of building strong relationships with team members, patrons, and managers
