Working Foreman for Construction

We have immediate openings for Construction Foreman for a General Contractor in the Oakland area. This can be a hands-on position as well as directing other carpenters on the job site.

We are seeking candidates that have done all phases of carpentry in the past for framing, finish work and more.

You should also have experience running a job, dealing with subcontractors and the project managers.

Candidates for this position cannot be afraid of doing some hands on work will needed.

This company manages residential projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

Pay for this position will be based upon your skills and experience.

• Report project progress to superiors
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all construction workers
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Solve disputes between workers
• Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
• Assign tasks to construction workers
• Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
