Operation Manager – RIGS / OFFSHORE!

Delighted to be working with this well-established company and we are currently looking for a driven & dynamic Operations Manager for their rigs and camps!

Based: Eastern Province – Saudi Arabia

Salary Package offered: 15 to 18k SAR NETT plus full expat benefits and family package including schooling assistance

We are looking for an individual who has been holding a similar job role and must have GCC experience. The role will involve overseeing the running of the onshore Rig portfolio, supporting Rig crews and delivering within the agreed SCOPE or works and inline with company standards.

• Someone holding a similar job role and must have GCC experience or very strong international experience
• communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Decision making skills
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services
• Good business and commercial acumen
• Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
• The ability to think quickly, work in stressful circumstances and stay calm in a crisis
• Financial, budgeting and stock-taking skills
• Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points) and food preparation.
