Receptionist – Corporate Business

Location: London

Salary: £28,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a warm and friendly Receptionist to join the busy team within this Corporate Business. Our client is seeking a professional individual to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service to all visitors and staff, while ensuring the effective utilisation of meeting rooms across the estate.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Provide a warm and courteous welcome for all visitors
  • Liaising with meeting hosts regarding their clients and meeting requirements on the day
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service
  • Management of project rooms, documents for display, taxi and private hire car bookings for clients and hosts
  • Support colleagues and assist in coaching of new starters
  • Provide and assist with event management when required

EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 6 months previous experience working in a customer service environment
  • Previous experience working in a 5 star corporate or hotel environment.
  • Familiar with room reservations systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to deliver great service
