Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Chef Manager for Inspired Living, Ivy Ridge, a small memory care facility located in St. Petersburg , Florida nearby Tampa. The Chef Manager will oversee the dining operations serving up to 60 residents. W ill manage a staff of 6 FT and PT hourly employees. Typical shift will be 6:30am - 4:30pm with some weekends.

Are you the experienced chef manager we're seeking?

We are looking for candidates who will:

  • have oversight of daily dining operations (dining room service);
  • cook as needed;
  • deliver high quality food service and ensure diet compliance;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • create a positive environment; and
  • ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

The ideal candidate:

  • has two or more years food production experience ideally in a healthcare environment;
  • has aknowledge ofsafety and sanitation compliance;
  • has excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with seniors and managing people and the dining operation to make every day a better day for our clients and residents;
  • has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
  • is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
