Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head Bartender or Assistant F&B Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
·Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
·Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
·Maintain proper and adequate bar set-up on a daily basis
·Contribute to the moral and team spirit of the resort by maintaining good relationships with colleagues
Qualifications:
·Male
·Fluent in English language, additional language will be a plus
·Completed Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or related field or any combination of education and training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
·WSET certification
·Knowledge of Cheese
·3+ years’ experience in the same role in a 5-star hotel/resort
·Physically fit, Friendly, Graceful
