Executive Chef – High-End Steak House
Title:Executive Chef
Location:Atlanta, GA
Salary:$130,000 to $140,000 + relocation for the right candidate
The Company:
Our client is a high-end restaurant group that is well known in the Atlanta area! They pride themselves on quality and are rapidly growing!
We are looking for an Executive Chef for a new Fine-Dining Steak House that will be opening this summer. The ideal candidate will be well connected in the industry and be comfortable working with high-profile clients.
If you have great stability, min of 3-4 years as an Executive Chef, and experience in fine-dining restaurants please get in touch!
The Executive Chef Role:
- Oversees large back of house team
- Recruits, trains and mentors culinary team
- Oversees each plate prior to serving
- Manage kitchen staff from schedule to performance assessment
- Solve kitchen issues as they arise
- Order kitchen supplies for stocking inventory
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards
The Ideal Executive Chef Candidate:
- Experience in high-end steak houses
- Proven career stability
