The Role:

- Overseeing the operational performance of the restaurant

- Training, developing, and leading employees

- Scheduling and managing admin tasks (accounting, payroll, etc.)

- Monitoring costs and driving sales

- Providing fantastic guest experiences

- Complying with all Federal and State policies and procedures
