Your day to day

Join us as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Crowne Plaza Bahrain. We are looking for someone who has the right leadership skills in running the restaurant operation and will ensure that the guests will have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible in managing the colleagues to achieving financial goals and maintaining high level of guest experience. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will promote and grow the business through various promotional events. You will focus on colleagues’ development, and ensure that patrons are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. You will manage the stock inventory and resources as well as ensuring that quality and safety controls are in place. You should also be able to work with diverse personalities and promote a motivating workplace environment.

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management or related field 2+ years’ related experience, including management experience Good communication skills Ability to handle challenging situations Excellent leadership skills People-oriented
