An exciting opportunity for Junior Sous Chefs to join an international team in their SEASONAL opening of their new lifestyle restaurant brand based in Riyadh!

We are looking for a seriously talented Junior Sous Chef specialised in Mediterranean fusion cuisine, high-end & high-volume environments.

You’ll need a stable employment history working within internationally recognised high-end restaurants - With at least 1 years in a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef position leading large teams.

Start Date: 25 September

Due to the urgency of the start date we are only able to consider those currently based in KSA with transferrable Iqama or those candidates currently based in Dubai.

Contract length: 3 months, with the possibility of full-length contracts as well
