We are looking for a savvy, energetic Bar Manager who can really deliver on creating a fantastic environment within this new restaurant. With a strong Bar element our client is looking for a polished leader, who can build a successful team, deliver an excellent drinks service at pace, and take ownership of all bar management duties, inclusive of stock and team management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bar Manager with genuine passion for wines and all things beverage
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• 2 years’ experience within similar role
• Good knowledge of financials and P&L
• Passion for the industry
• A good understanding of food and a restaurant service
• WSET qualification is highly desirable
• Looking for candidates who can start within 2 weeks
