The Role of Area Manager:

You will be managing several sites across the East Coast of Scotland. This is a people focused role, ensuring operational excellence through training and development. You will work with the People Team to deliver innovative training and driving results through your team. You will be happy being in a field-based role and have regular visibility amongst your teams. You will be confident in driving BOH controls: food quality / consistency / compliance / stock control / wastage. You must have experience in multisite management, preferably 5 plus sites. Franchise experience would be ideal and be able to demonstrate driving brand standards throughout your role.

Who will you be as Area Manager?

• You ideally with have food retail/franchise experience
• Strong multisite experience - 5 plus sites
• Happy as a self-starter in a field-based role
• Customer obsessed and have delivered training in a hospitality setting – really focused on standards and H&S
• Tonnes of personality- this company love people who come as they are – vibrant and energetic
• Strong BOH skillset
• Must be able to manage and develop people
• Excellent financials and commercial acumen
• Evidence of implementing changes, being a decision maker, working autonomously
• Fluent in English
• UK Driving license and own transport
