Sous Chef – Modern Steakhouse – London

We are recruiting for one of London’s best steak houses, offering top quality meat that is all butchered and dry aged on site in the restaurant where we cut each steak by hand on a daily basis

With direct relationships with Farmers both in the UK and The USA our client guarantees they receive the best meats possible throughout the year, give you as a chef the opportunity to work with the best produce in London or even the UK!!

You will be cooking onsite dry aged beef on their specially imported grills over wood at 375 to 400 Celsius, alongside the steaks there is an array of seasonal sides and specials for you to get involved with.

We require a Sous Chef who:

  • No less than 1 year as a Sous Chef in a similar, mid-management role within a busy, quality lead restaurant or hotel and with experience of a high-volume operation
  • Passionate on food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests
  • Excellent management skills to motivate the kitchen team and share knowledge, train en develop chefs within the team
  • Organised, an excellent communicator, hands on manager with excellent attention to detail
  • Has working experience of meat and butchery skills or the desire to learn
