Amazing job with an amazing company! My client is a very successful full-service brand in Vancouver. Their team is expanding, and we are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for the kitchen's routine operations for either the AM or PM shift. Your day will include food preparation and production. It is expected that you will adhere to standard operating procedures for food quality and ensure the kitchen is compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness.
