Amazing job with an amazing company! My client is a very successful full-service brand in Vancouver. Their team is expanding, and we are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team.

As Sous Chef you will be responsible for the kitchen's routine operations for either the AM or PM shift. Your day will include food preparation and production. It is expected that you will adhere to standard operating procedures for food quality and ensure the kitchen is compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for and not limited to the following duties;

• Ensuring all COVID-19 related safety regulations are being followed
• Taking instruction from head chef
• Maintains overall cleanliness of the kitchen
• Working stations as necessary
• Maintaining and checking records for temperature checks and food safety guidelines
• Mentor, train and develop the team around you
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and works well as a team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef
• Proven career stability and demonstrated continual progression
• Must have the right to live and work in Canada
