We are excited to be recruiting a head chef for this fantastic restaurant group in Amsterdam.

Our client is growing and is now looking to strengthen their team with a New Head Chef for their restaurant located in Amsterdam, offering amazing Italian Cuisine.

As a group, they are VERY exciting time ahead with expansion plans around Europe and the Middle East in 2022 and beyond.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for an Experienced Head Chef or VERY strong Senior Sous Chef who is creative and has had responsibility for menu development of Italian cuisine in your current/recent roles.
• You will be used to working with a small team of chefs and be very hands-on
• As head chef, you will have experience with 60-200 covers a night
• Able to relocate to Amsterdam during the summer
• A head chef who wants to be involved with something special, someone who will be able to create and advise on dishes within the wider company as the business grows.
• Fluency in English is a must and a good level of Italian will be great

• Assistance with relocation, this is short term accommodation to help you get settled whilst you find your own, long term accommodation in Amsterdam
• A basic salary of between €50,000 and €70,000
