Do you LOVE curating the culinary experience from the ground up? We’re looking for a talented Executive Chef to join the pre-opening team for a brand-new hotel in Vancouver!

The ideal candidate will be a well-known chef in Canadian market, with a serious passion for fresh, locally inspired unique plates that tell a story. We need someone who isn't afraid to try new things and can adapt a menu as the seasons and local offerings shift. We’re happy to look at individuals from either hotel/resort backgrounds or restaurant!

The property is currently being completed to open in Summer 2022 in the luxury boutique category with two F&B outlets. The owners of this property are hand-on, so the successful candidate will be closely designing the menus & kitchens alongside the principles.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will represent the following:

• A well-known culinarian in the Canadian food scene
• A pre-opening expert, passionate about both modern architecture and culinary designs
• Powerful vendor relationships in the industry
• Natural leadership skills, providing motivation and a hands-on approach to coaching
• Be able to submit an excellent food portfolio or Instragram page for review with your application

**NOTE: We will only be considering Canadian PR/Citizens for this position but will relocate within Canada for the right person.
