French-Speaking Solution Engineer

Our client is the leader in Access Management and Identity cloud-based solutions.

Headquartered in California, our client is hiring a French-Speaking Solution Engineer to join their Dublin office.

This is a fully remote role which will convert to a hybrid role by the end of the year.

The Role

As Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for all the technical activities that will ensure customer satisfaction, such as:

• Product demonstrations to customers
• Deployment setup and configuration
• Technical support on sales calls
• Travel to customers as necessary (currently limited)

About You

• At least 5 years Sales Engineering experience in a SaaS environment
• Start-up culture fit
• Solid knowledge of Cloud technology and of open protocols such as SAML, OIDS, OAuth
• Ability to enable web-based applications with SAML and to configure standard OTP solutions
• Experience with active directory deployments and configurations is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent responsiveness and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to help others
• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
