Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) (Maternity leave cover for 1 year)

 

Location: Germany – Remote

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Sales team in Germany. In this position you will support and drive sales growth at the designated territory and work closely with the Territory Managers and Marketing team.  This is maternity leave cover position effective immediately until August 2022. The role will be home-based and have a flexible schedule.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Support growing the company’s business by approaching and qualifying opportunities including but not limited to hospitals, private laboratories and POC settings
• Ownership of Lead Qualification and Conversion Process; Driving sales cycle velocity.
• Capture and effectively manage customer data and engagement activities in the company’s system (salesforce.com)
• Strong Collaboration with local and international Marketing in building and executing Campaigns.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Knowledge and skills: 

• (Inside) Sales Experience
• Health Care preferred
• Completed apprenticeship in economics (Berufsbildung) or Bachelor degree
• Ability to uncover customer needs in a remote environment (via phone/video calls)
• Solution oriented thinking, growth mindset, sense of urgency and strong collaboration skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Skilled in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Skilled in CRM applications (i.e. Salesforce.com)
• Fluent in German and English
