They provide accounting software packages to help run a more profitable business. They are now looking for their next Technical Support Officer with either accounting or software development background to grow their team and contribute to the success of the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Be the main point of contact for end user’s customer providing support for software and hardware queries.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Log queries and support call information on the system.
• Create support document and trainings.
• Maintain and develop customer relationship.

Your Profile:

• Ideally 5 years’ experience providing support in a technical environment.
• Customer focussed with excellent communication skills.
• Ideally a previous experience providing software support with an accounting/finance application.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner and quick on your feet.
• Articulate with facilities to deliver clear explanations and guidance to customers.
• Training background could be a plus.
