Salary: up to €83,000 per annum + bonus and benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an talented branded General Manager to join this Hotel located in the Brussels Airport area in Belgium.

As General Manager, you will manage ongoing profitability of your hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded while developing the Hotel team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the Group.

What are we looking for

• Experience as General Manager within a 4* full service branded hotel
• A degree in business management / hospitality management or similar
• Must have full understanding of the Operations (including F&B; Rooms, Events and Conference)
• Strategic financial / revenue management and Commercially minded
• Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability
• Full P&L experience and managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural born leader
• Brussels / airport market knowledge would be an advantage
• Pro-actively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service offered
• Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, creating business plan as well as short, medium and long-term strategies.
• Languages : English fluence and French or/and Dutch
