HEAD PASTRY CHEF – HIGH-END DINING, SAUDI ARABIA!
Our client is soon to open a very high-profile International fine dining Restaurant and is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to come on-board and head up the Pastry team!
We are ideally looking for a senior Pastry Chef with fine dining or Michelin* experience but must also be able to work in a high volume, fast paced Restaurant environment!
The role requires a talented, passionate Pastry Chef with excellent stable working experience in free standing recognised restaurants or Hotel outlet Restaurants.
We need a Pastry Chef who is able to lead and inspire the team to create gorgeous desserts – to be creative in your dishes, preparation and live display tables or counters in accordance with company high standards and knowledgeable of costing and budgets, a great leader who enjoys training and developing their staff and working with strong local workforces.
Huge scope for progression attached to this role so we need a real visionary – someone who is able to grow the brand and perhaps create new concepts too!
Salary package: Maximum 30,000 SAR per month all inclusive (transport and housing allowance included) plus Medical Insurance, 2 flight tickets to point of hire annually, 30 day annual leave, etc
