Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pa d.o.e

Opportunity – London Permanent (must be able to travel to sites across UK)

A challenger brand in the leisure space, operating 11 venues across the UK.

This is a great role for an experienced HR generalist who is looking to make a positive impact in a forward-thinking company. The purpose of this role is to provide the full range of operational HR support.

This will include providing support and guidance on ER, Recruitment, Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, Engagement and Reward. This is a true generalist role, you will be managing the HR policies and practices, HR initiatives, resolving queries and delivering a first-class service to the business and the people.

The People Manager will report to the People Director with an HR and Office Assistant reporting into them.

The right candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and ER support and will be passionate about creating a truly vibrant and people led culture where our people can thrive.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in managing a team.
• Has experience in being part of a fast pace growing business.
• Used to working in a multisite regional environment.
• Experience of dealing with TUPE, redundancy, tribunal, disciplinary issues and guiding management through the legal processes.
• Experienced in recruitment. ideally in hospitality sector.
• Experienced in creating training programmes, sourcing training mechanics and delivering training.
• Preferably CIPD qualified or undergoing CIPD.
