Restaurant brand looking for a Purchasing Manager to oversee multiple units and they’re looking for someone ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and managing a variety of suppliers
  • Monitoring all supply chain related issues
  • Researching and identifying new products for the business
  • Forecasting requirements and ordering products to meet sales demands

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with Binwise and Crunchtime essential
  • Avero and Compeat experience highly desired
  • Supply chain experience within the restaurant industry
  • Experience sourcing and working in various geographic markets
  • Analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision making skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
