Job Description
Sous Chef – High End Restaurant – Mayfair, London 37k
Salary: £35-37,000 depending on candidates experience all in for 6 shifts per week 48hr contract
- All day dining from lunch serving around 160-250 covers per day
- High quality and popular restaurant set within the prestigious Mayfair area
- Food is Mediterranean/ European with International flavours
- Manage sections; help oversee a team of up to 15 chefs to deliver a quality and consistent service
- Backgrounds in quality European, premium London restaurants with min 2AA rosette experience is ideal along with work stability and natural progression
- This is a great role, providing a good work life balance of 6 shifts and working with quality ingredients
