Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As an integral part of our IT Services company, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving our information systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, developers, and end-users, to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
3. Design and implement system solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
4. Conduct thorough testing of new systems and updates to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
5. Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the systems.
6. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operations.
7. Document system processes, workflows, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
9. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and applications.
10. Prepare reports and presentations for management to communicate system performance and improvement initiatives.

1. Proven experience as an IT System Analyst or similar role in the IT services sector.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse teams.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in system modeling tools and methodologies.
6. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
7. Strong understanding of database management and software development lifecycle.

10. Relevant certifications in systems analysis or IT project management are a plus.
