About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team for an on-site position in Caracas. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural projects, ensure design and safety standards compliance, and work closely with construction teams to bring projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, plans, and blueprints.
- Supervise construction sites to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections and address any architectural challenges.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in architectural design and construction oversight.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Must currently reside in Caracas—applications from outside the city will not be considered.
