This restaurant is a farm-forward gathering place where people can support the local community and connect over live music and inspiring conversations. This passionate team is growing, and they are looking for a Pastry Chef to carry out the daily activities of the pastry department. They believe people are their greatest asset and they value positive, creative, and kind people like you!

The Pastry Chef role:

• Assist with developing and implementing the pastry menus
• Assist with inventory and ordering
• Assist with scheduling
• Ensure all products are prepared and served according to the recipes
• Manage, hire, motivate, and mentor the pastry team
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests
• Meet or exceed all financial targets

The Pastry Chef candidate:

• Previous fine-dining experience
• Previous culinary pastry management experience
• Ability to prioritize competing demands
• Organized and flexible
• Excellent leadership and time management skills
• Good career stability and a passion for food and customer service
• Decisive, motivated, and a fantastic role model
