Head Chef – Relaunch Boutique Hotel – London 55k OTE

Salary- £45-55,000 depending on experience plus bonus

Food will be modern British and still embracing some classics and our client feels this would really suit a senior/sous chef who has the energy and ambition and is ready to raise their profile with their own menus and creative ideas.

Our client is an iconic hotel in London and they are seeking a new kitchen team and firstly a Head chef to oversee all the food within the hotel. This includes a thirty-cover restaurant plus two event spaces, bar, afternoon teas and a limited room service

Your background will be from high quality and well regarded London restaurants or independent 5* hotels serving modern British food to a minimum of 2/3AA rosettes and showing stable and progressive career advancement

Working knowledge of kitchen financials, writing and costing of menus alongside all health and safety regulations

You will have a very good supplier relationship and know your seasonality of ingredients. The hotel are wanting to serve high quality seasonal food and if accolades come then great but first they need to be a profitable business

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position
