Skills and Experience

• Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership HK role within a luxury hotel or resort
• Caribbean experience
• Experience managing guest kitchens a plus
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards, including meticulous attention to detail in maintaining guest rooms and public areas
• Strong background in managing housekeeping budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment
