Senior Software Engineer

To reinforce my client’s team, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, in Paris, France.

My client is a scale up startup, and he is looking for new team members to strengthen his squads.

Job Description

You will work closely with the CTO and the VP Of engineering, and will mainly have 2 maintain and develop 2 main products.

Your missions are:

• Developpe new features and maintain them
• Do architectural proposals in order to support a migration from PHP to NodeJS.
• Unit and Integration tests/ Code Review
• Participate to the migration from monolith to micro services

Profile

Preferred qualifications:

BSc. or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Requirements:

You have at least 5 years of experience as a developer, with really good knowledges of architecture.

Technical stack :

• PHP / NodeJS/ Go
• Javascript/ Nuxt. Vue.JS
• Apache
• Git/ Gitlab
• CI/CD
• PostgreSQL/ Redis/ Elasticsearch
• DDD/ TDD/ BDD

You have a strong understanding of Software development lifecyle, and you are ready to move forward to a microservice architecture. You use a language like a tool and you can change easily from one to another.

You will be working fully in English. You have a professional experience abroad and already work in an international environment.

You are autonomous, pro-active, and have good communications skills.

You are passionate about technologies and know how to communicate.
