The client is a world-leading hotels and resorts company with amazing destinations to sell worldwide. We are searching for a top Travel Sales Advisor for their Villa Stay concept in New York. Part of the role will involve villa walk-throughs, so a real estate license is required. You will be innovative, creative, and carry some clout, with a results-driven attitude.
The Travel Sales Role:
- Working in a fast-paced environment with strong structure and service ethic
- Handle mostly inbound client inquiries to present, promote, and sell worldwide destinations
- Consultative sales approach to meet clients’ needs, recommending matches where possible
- The role is a very ‘hands on’ position where you would be expected to create a fun environment with good working culture
- Senior agents will train and develop the team
- Ensure fantastic customer service at all times
The Travel Sales Candidate
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and gaining repeat clientele
- Must be multilingual – English as well as French/Spanish required
- Must have a Real Estate Licence
- Caribbean and/or European destination specialists will be prioritized
- Confident manner, not afraid to present and speak to high-end clientele
- A real self-starter to help bring about growth
- Outstanding communication and reporting skills
