You will be up to date with both international trends; ability to identify, develop, & implement measures to improve the efficiencywhile mentoring your team.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a similar level at a 5 star or full-service hotels across Europe
• It is an advantage if you have experience working in the Middle East
• You should have experience of workingwith and managing large teams, have strong leadership skills, befluent in English (spoken and written)
• Must have advanced knowledge of all types of service to include Formal and informal settings.
• Knowledge in fine dining, exotic ingredients, international cuisine
