Responsibilities

• Responsible to represent brand standards and values and deliver commercial returns
• Responsible for achieving set KPI and RPS scores and improving the hotels performance overall.
• Responsible for recruiting and building a passionate team and work culture to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests
• Building brand awareness by utilising relationships with marketing and social media sites
• Managing and hitting budgets, forecasts, and revenue proposals
