ABOUT THE ROLE

The focus of the role is providing assessment and diagnostic services to support children with developmental, behavioural, learning and mental health difficulties. Our comprehensive and highly skilled multi-disciplinary team includes psychology, psychiatry, paediatrics, speech pathology, occupational therapy, social work and dietetics.

Services are delivered through a combination of onsite appointments at Manly and telehealth appointments. There may also be opportunities to participate in multi-disciplinary outreach trips to rural and remote communities.

If desired, there is the option of carrying a psychology therapy caseload, providing services to rural and remote children via telehealth.

You will have access to individual and group supervision and professional development opportunities within our community of more than 20 psychologists. Training, support and resources are provided to support clinicians with telehealth delivery.

The role accommodates flexible working arrangements including the ability to work for home. Applicants will need to be able to regularly work onsite at Manly to accommodate face to face sessions. For part-time applicants, a minimum availability of three days a week is required.
