Operations support manager, coffee brand - £35,000 (Midlands and South England)

Location: Midlands based (national travel)

Salary: £35,0000

We are looking for a support role for our franchise and company sites to help lead all aspects of their/our business. You will build on relationships with internal and external customers, deliver training and support throughout your selected sites and motivate them to provide excellent customer service, follow brand standards and be profitable. You have proven work in a multisite, franchise and QSR environment.

The role of the operations support manager!

• Go to support for Franchise and Corporate sites

• Act as the point of escalation for internal/external customer queries

• Customer service Focused

• Support for regional developers

• Management of own diary with guidance

• Ensure work processes and procedures are effective and adhered to

• To assist with project work as and when required.

• Assess individual training needs

• To deliver training content against supplier standards / brand standards

• To deliver as required all training workshops either as part of programme, elective offer, or bespoke project work.

• Business acumen and able to work with Microsoft suite

• Work with support functions and Operations team to support training initiatives

The ideal operations support manager!

• Proven experience of achieving results in a franchise environment

• Current knowledge of coffee market(s) or capability to learn

• Good understanding of brand values and competitor differentiation

• A competent Barista

• Delivered training one 2 one and Group

• Worked within a franchise environment

• Multi site experience

• Experience in working independently and with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Proven experience of managing time versus achieving objectives

• High personal drive & commitment to achieve required results
