My client is a successful hospitality business in London. They are looking for a Fiannce Assistant to join the team,

As Finance/Reconciliation Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including;

• Bank reconciliations
• Raising and sending invoices
• Managing the purchase ledger
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolving supplier queries
• Producing payment runs.
• Dealing with any queries

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have previously worked in a similar role and familiar and comfortable working in a high volume environment.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accounts / Finance Assistant
• General overall knowledge of accounting, in all ledgers
• Experience in the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Solid excel skills and knowledge of Sage50
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is required
