EXECUTIVE CHEF – JUBA, SUDAN!
MUST have a Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts from an accredited U.S. or European culinary institution – essential for this role!
Excellent opportunity for a qualified Executive Chef to take on this prestigious site in South Sudan!
We are looking for the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts from an accredited U.S. or European culinary institution
- Minimum of five years of experience in an executive chef position within the last seven years
- Minimum three years of experience implementing food safety and sanitation regulations;
- Minimum three years of experience providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff within the last seven years;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Great team management and communication skills
- Astute kitchen manager who can work to budget
- Experience in monitoring inventory and supply chain management
What you will be offered in return:
- Base salary: US7k net pm
- 3 annual tickets.
- Rotational leave: for every 97 days in country staff will be entitle for 25 days of leave fully paid.
- Accommodation and food provided on site.
