SOLAR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (m/f/d)

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe company that is a leading French company in solar carports is expending its activity in Germany within the newly created German Gmbh.Within a German team and with the support of the French teams, you are in charge to realise the definition, design and the mechanical study and design of the steel structure of the carports. The mechanical study of the solar panel integration system in link with the French team is also part of your attributions. As a solar mechanical engineer, you will be the main link with the approval engineers of the landers, to get the permit approvals.Its’ a central and multi skilled position in a fast-growing German solar market for 40hours a week (fulltime).TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIESYou are responsible of the design and definition of the structure and layout plans for the solar carport’s projects in Germany and linked countries. You are responsible to issue the load distribution report and transfer it to the foundations team or subcontractor.You are responsible to calculate and issue the steel structure calculation reports.You are responsible to get the approval of permits and in charge of the communication with Länder’s engineers.You are responsible to plan the study phase according to the contact planning.You are responsible to apply the Quality and Security policy of the companyAs a solar mechanical engineer, you will report to the managing director of the German entity, but also be in constant link with the engineering office in France.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor & Master – Engineer level is required.Previous experience in a steel structural engineering position and knowledge of the EUROCODE norms applicable.You speak and write German at a native level and English at a professional level, and you can write mails and technical communications.You can design and draw the layout plan of the project with AutoCAD.You can calculate a steel structure (software AUTODESK ROBOT of other to discuss) and product a calculation report.You have clear communication and technical skills.Very occasional traveling is required for clarification meeting with clients or approval engineers.THIS IS WHAT YOU AREA strong and enthusiastic self-motivated personality.A rigorous and organised person.Creative and curiosity skills to imagine new solutions for the projects.Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.A team player who plays an active part in creating a positive energy and atmosphere within the group. JOB OFFERA great position for 40 hours a week (fulltime) to join the company and create the core of the technical team of BRIDGE POWER Gmbh future on the solar carport market.
