Civil Engineer

Job Description·  Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.·  Assess and approve feasibility studies and technical documents prepared by other teams.·  Oversee and evaluate civil engineering activities, including pipeline work, road crossings, and HDD operations.·  Ensure compliance with safety regulations, KNPC standards, and industry best practices.·  Review and verify resource distribution, ensuring efficient management of materials, labor, and equipment.·  Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.·  Supervise construction activities and contractors to ensure adherence to project plans.·  Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Skills·  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.·  Minimum of 10 years' overall experience, with at least 4 years in the oil and gas industry.·  Proven experience in pipeline projects, road crossings, and HDD operations.·  Prior experience working with KNPC is mandatory.·  Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, with an emphasis on reviewing pipeline-related work.·  Proficient in reviewing and approving engineering designs, documents, and technical reports.·  Experience in resource distribution and management.·  Excellent leadership, problem solving, communication, and project management skills.·  Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.·  Surveying experience or the ability to perform surveying tasks is a plus.Preferred candidateYears of experience10 yearsResidence locationKuwaitDegreeBachelor's degree / higher diploma
