Descrizione completa della posizioneIn quanto Ingegnere Meccatronico, sarai inserito all’interno del team Maintenance & Facility di Arvato Italia ed il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di garantire il corretto funzionamento delle attrezzature e dei sistemi automatizzati del nostro magazzino, attraverso il monitoraggio e l’analisi delle performance dei sistemi, l’identificazione delle diverse problematiche e la proposta di soluzioni migliorative.Cosa faraiCoordinare le attività degli operatori di manutenzione, assicurando il corretto funzionamento delle attrezzature e dei sistemi automatizzati del magazzino;Monitorare e analizzare le performance dei sistemi automatizzati, identificando eventuali problemi e proponendo soluzioni migliorative;Utilizza tecnologie di monitoraggio (come sensori e sistemi di diagnostica) per raccogliere dati sulle prestazioni delle attrezzature e prevedere guasti prima che si verifichino;Sviluppa e implementa piani di manutenzione preventiva per garantire che tutte le attrezzature automatizzate siano sottoposte a controlli regolari e manutenzione programmata;Analizza i processi di manutenzione e le operazioni del magazzino per identificare aree di miglioramento, implementando best practices per aumentare l'efficienza;Utilizza i dati raccolti dalle attrezzature e dai sistemi per ottimizzare le operazioni e ridurre i costi di manutenzione;Monitora e gestisce le scorte di parti di ricambio e materiali necessari per la manutenzione.Cosa richiediamoEsperienza di due anni nel ruolo;Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Meccatronica o affini;Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi di automazione, robotica e tecnologie meccaniche;Competenza nell'analisi dei dati per monitorare le prestazioni delle attrezzature e identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione;Capacità di analisi e problem-solving, con un forte orientamento ai risultati;Ottime doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team;Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e delle best practices nel settore;Preferibile esperienza in un contesto di logistica automatizzata;Leadership;Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano e all’estero per un periodo di formazione iniziale.Cosa offriamoContratto a tempo indeterminato;Ambiente lavorativo informale, flessibile ed inclusivo;Accesso a diversi training volti a migliorare la tua professionalità;Assicurazione sanitaria;Benefit e convenzioni aziendali.
