ASPP/HSE SPECIALIST

ASPP/HSE SPECIALISTLa risorsa inserita nel team HSE lavorerà a stretto contatto con l'RSPP per garantire la conformità normativa e il miglioramento continuo in ambito sicurezza e ambiente. La risorsa si occuperà di:Supportare l'RSPP nella gestione della sicurezza aziendale ai sensi del D.Lgs. 81/08;Assicurare il rispetto degli adempimenti ambientali (autorizzazioni, gestione rifiuti, emissioni, scarichi);Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali per l'analisi dei rischi e la valutazione della conformità normativa;Redigere ed aggiornare la documentazione di sicurezza (DVR, DUVRI, piano di emergenza, scadenziari ecc..);Formare e sensibilizzare il personale in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente;Supportare l'RSPP nella gestione e monitoraggio dei sistemi di gestione ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, incluse attività di audit e aggiornamento documentale;Gestire le segnalazioni di non conformità e implementare le azioni correttive/migliorative;Supportare la gestione della sicurezza delle macchine e la valutazione della conformità alla Direttiva Macchine;Collaborazione al progetto interno di educazione alla sicurezza.Si richiede:Laurea in Ingegneria ambientale/civile, in tecniche della prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro o discipline affini.Qualifica per ricoprire il ruolo di ASPP.Pregressa esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in ambito HSE come ASPP in ambito manifatturiero con preferenza per il settore gomma-plastico o automotiveCapacità di effettuare valutazione dei rischi e di redigere documentazione tecnica;Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.Buona conoscenza della normativa ambientale e di sicurezza;Preferibile conoscenza di base della Direttiva Macchine;Conoscenza del Pacchetto office con particolare riguardo ad Excel e PPT;Buone doti di problem solving e gestione operativa delle attività;Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese.Si offre:Lavoro full time su giornata;Assunzione diretta e a tempo indeterminato da parte dell’azienda cliente;Mensa aziendale;Welfare aziendale;Premio di risultato;RAL: 35.000 – 40.000 euroLuogo di Lavoro: OSPITALETTO (BS)
