Rattaché(e) au responsable SAV France, vous vous verrez confier des missions de maintenance, de réparation et de mise en service sur sites clients.Vos principales missions :Vous effectuez chez les clients des opérations de diagnostic, dépannage, maintenance, campagne de modifications, préparation machines et remises en état sur les matérielsAssurer les préparations, mises en route et formations à la conduite et à la maintenance auprès des clients utilisateurs sur les moteurs neufs/occasEffectuer des démonstrations en clientèleApporter conseil et expertise sur les problématiques chantier d’application et d’utilisation machineVous rédigez et saisissez les ordres de mission, les rapports de service et faites le reporting à votre direction – vous intervenez en totale autonomieAccompagnement des clients sur les bonnes pratiques d’utilisation – gestion des garantiesAssistance technique par téléphone sur certains sujetsPérimètre d’intervention : 69-38 – Poste à pourvoir secteur Sud Lyon.Votre profil ?Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation technique (bac professionnelle, bac +2) dans le domaine de l’électrotechnique, ou la mécanique (maintenance engins agricoles, maintenance engins travaux publics (TP), formation sur systèmes à combustion interne).Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire, avec de l’itinérance (ou vous souhaitez vous orienter vers une fonction itinérante). Le monde du moteur diesel n’a plus de secret pour vous – vous êtes un vrai passionné !Vous avez pu évoluer dans un de ces trois domaines : agricole, mécanique TP (Travaux-Publics), moteurs industriels/groupes électrogènes, poids lourds …Connaissances techniques requises : mécanique – électrique – électronique. Une aisance en diagnostic/recherche de pannes est nécessaire.Autonome, rigoureux et doté d’un réel esprit d’équipe, vous avez de bonnes connaissances techniques de manière générale! Assistant Banquet Manager

POSITION: Assistant Banquet ManagerDEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage SavorREPORTS TO: Banquet ManagerSummaryMonitors and supervises activities relating to food & beverage service for facility events.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Follow weekly work schedule, as assigned by Director of Food and Beverage.· Assigns functions to supervisory staff.· Trains assistants, captains and service staff on a weekly basis.· Recommends and maintains service standards and procedures.· Monitors the physical condition of ballroom and function areas. Reports to Engineering and housekeeping any area that needs attention.· Directs all aspects of maintaining existing equipment needed for banquet service, by working with stewarding, engineering and purchasing as needed.· Oversees uniform control on banquet items.· Recommends and purchases any additional or replacement items and/or equipment.· Oversees banquet park stock on consumables.
