Nous recherchons pour notre client, un établissement de soins de suite et réadaptation, un profil Ergothérapeute en CDI à temps plein.Sous la responsabilité du cadre de rééducation et de la Direction, vous prenez en charge les patients hospitalisés et contribuez par votre action à l’accompagnement individualisé dans le respect du projet de vie et de soin. Vous devez réaliser l’évaluation de l’autonomie, des besoins du patient à son arrivée et réaliser le bilan d’entrée du patient.Ainsi vos principales missions au sein de la clinique sont :Installation du patient,Evaluation / réglage fauteuil roulant,Visite à domicile,Préconisation des aides techniques et aménagements,Apprentissage des transferts, maniement du fauteuil roulant,Mise en condition musculaire et articulaire par le biais d’activités,Rééducation des fonctions cognitives,Rééducation sensori-motrice,Conseils d’autonomie articulaire et automatisation des gestes spécifiques,Conseils et/ou fabrication d’aides techniques afin de pallier ou suppléer les déficits,Réadaptation à la vie quotidienne par des mises en situation d’activités de la vie journalière,Formalisation des bilans d’ergothérapie dans le dossier du patient.Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme d'Ergothérapeute et êtes intéressé par le travail en équipe.

Job Summary:To administer and monitor General and Regional Anesthetics to patients at FMLH under the direction and supervision of staff Anesthesiologist of the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Director for Surgical Services and Anesthesia. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Graduate of accredited School of Nursing is required. Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthetist school is required.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). New hires and rehires after September 30, 2017 must possess and maintain an active Wisconsin State Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP). Incumbents in the position prior to September 30, 2017 will be required to obtain the APNP License. Staff within the 5 year recent graduate window of eligibility to apply for the APNP license will have 3 months to obtain a WI APNP license. Staff outside of the 5 year window of eligibility to apply will have 1 year to complete the pharmacology requirements and obtain a WI APNP license. National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification is required. Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
